DANCE

Over three years, Jessica Maida progressed from Production Assistant to Production Stage Manager for UNCSA's The Nutcracker at the Steven Tanger Center. In this role, she managed a large cast of dancers, complex scene changes, and numerous technical elements. Through her experience, Jessica developed strong skills in precise cueing and coordination between departments. Her time at the Tanger Center sharpened her ability to work under pressure, emphasizing clear communication and adaptability in high-stakes, large-scale dance productions.
